How the calculator works

Each result uses two independent usage categories.

Input cost equals monthly input tokens divided by one million, multiplied by the model’s confirmed input rate. Output cost uses the same method with the output rate. The two amounts are added only when both rates exist, preventing a partial price from looking like a complete estimate.
